Regional Operations Manager - New Mexico

My name is Marcus Ortiz, and I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. My parents instilled in me the values of hard work and commitment, which led me to pursue a degree from the University of New Mexico's Robert Anderson School of Business. During my senior year, a business entrepreneurship class inspired me to start my own contracting business, which I operated for several years.

In 2003, I transitioned into the retail sector, where I remained until 2023 when I discovered the wellness industry. I began my career with The Joint Chiropractic in January 2024 and have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it. The most rewarding part of my role at Joint Ventures is the opportunity to promote wellness within my local community, particularly in and around the Albuquerque metro area.

Outside of my work with Joint Ventures, I'm an avid mountain biker and you'll often find me shredding trails around the state! I'm also a certified mountain bike instructor and a wilderness first aid responder.

When I'm not on the trails, I enjoy attending movies and spending quality time with my loved ones, including my fiancée, Racheal, who is incredibly supportive of all my endeavors.
