Daleela Wolfert

Regional Operations Manager - Sacramento Region

Before joining The Joint Chiropractic, Daleela spent 13 years in the fine jewelry industry, including several years in management. Her extensive experience in sales and customer service provided a strong foundation in building relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences.

After stepping away from the workforce to be a stay-at-home mom, Daleela returned with a desire to find a career that was both meaningful and people-focused. In 2018, she joined The Joint Chiropractic as a Wellness Coordinator. She quickly connected with the company’s mission, culture, and especially the transformative power of chiropractic care—something that impacted her personally.

In 2019, Daleela was promoted to a hybrid leadership role, where she began supporting multiple clinics while continuing to manage her own. Her leadership and dedication led to another promotion in 2020, when she became Regional Operations Manager. In this role, she oversees the clinics in the Sacramento region focusing on the Wellness Coordinator Team and Regional Operations. Daleela is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting her team’s growth, and being part of work that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

Outside of work, Daleela enjoys spending time with her husband, Duke, and their three daughters. She loves reading, finding great donut shops to try, and exploring new coffee spots around Sacramento.
