Regional Operations Manager - Arizona North

My journey with Joint Ventures began in 2018 when I started as a Wellness Coordinator. Since then, this company has become the foundation of my life and career. Over the years, I’ve grown both personally and professionally—getting married, having two amazing children, and earning my Bachelor's degree in the Science of Business along with certifications in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

What started as a front desk role quickly evolved into positions of greater responsibility: first as a Senior Wellness Coordinator, then a Senior Wellness Director, and now as the Regional Operations Manager for our Northern Arizona locations.

I have a deep passion for helping others and strive every day to set an example for my children. I find joy in learning, spending time in nature and the mountains, and being present with my family. I also love cooking and baking in my free time.

Continuing to grow with Joint Ventures and building a future with a company that truly cares about helping people achieve optimal health is incredibly meaningful to me. While I may not be the doctor, I feel equally committed to serving our patients and delivering the highest level of care and connection. Seeing firsthand how chiropractic care can transform lives is powerful, and I’m proud to be apart of something so impactful.

I'm also deeply passionate about supporting and uplifting my team—helping them grow, thrive, and make lasting impacts in their own roles. I look forward to continuing this journey and creating an even brighter future with JV.
